Our business is very much about personal contact with our media colleagues. It is the time this takes and the maintained quality of our relationships with people in the media that is at the core of our 'stock in trade', as it were.

Thus our rates are based on a fee per hour for our services.   We make an estimation of the number of hours a job will take and work from there.   Our  standard fee is $95 per hour (plus GST).

It is usual that on a large job, such as a season of performances at a major city venue, we agree on an overall fee for publicity services.  We then strike an hourly rate for additional services such as handling rsvps and guest ticketing. Expenses for telephone, fax, internet, hospitality, couriers, travel, postage, stationery, printing are additional and will be periodically invoiced.
